We've got two bird baths in a high-mosquito area, so we got these to prevent ourselves from providing a mosquito breeding ground. They're doing their job! I even forgot to bring them in one cold night and one wiggler froze, but it didn't kill it permanently. They're easy to use, seem durable, and serve their purpose.

I am not going to say it attracts more birds, but I like it keeps the big bully birds from splashing all the water out of my bath. Now they all just drink from the side which gives me a better viewing experience. So my water now lasts longer, and stays clean because the wiggler keeps it moving. Getting about 2 months of non stop battery usage. Built like it will last a long time forever. And Made In The USA!

The water wiggler has worked great. It has run smoothly for going on three months on one set of grocery store brand batteries. I can’t say whether it attracts more birds than not since I didn’t put out a bird bath until I got the wiggler ready to go. It certainly does attract insects and pollinators looking for a cool drink in this hot summer but I’ve had no noticeable increase in mosquitoes and I haven’t seen any larvae or nymphs in the water. Practically silent operation and simple to assemble. It’s not the most appealing exterior- something like an enormous button mushroom but the wildlife doesn’t seem offended.
