First, the product--excellent! The birds love it, and It truly does keep the squirrels away. Before we tried this Squirrel Stopper seed log, we had one squirrel that would scale our building to get to the feeder on our balcony on the second floor. When we put this one out there, he got up there again, tried it one time--and never came back! (I was lucky enough to be watching out the balcony door when it happened).
And it's also great because it only contains shelled seeds, so there's no mess that accumulates on the balcony. While some birds are pecking away at the seed log, there are others cleaning up the floor.
Second, the service--excellent! This was our third order with JCS, and just like with the first two orders, they got it out the door the same day (if order early enough in the day) and they use Fedex Ground, so I get my delivery in 2 to 3 days of when I ordered it. Couldn't ask for better, especially since shipping is included.
