Just received it today. I have been feeding blue birds for over 20 years. I go through 40 lbs of dried meal worms a winter but this year I was feeding everything in my caged feeder as the crackles squeezed in. So far the bluebirds are landing on it but not sure about it yet so my fingers are crossed it works. Very well made and a great way to keep rain and wind out.
Deer were knocking down the seed in the 4 bird feeder houses on our pole.
We added your 24-inch extension pole that raised the bird feeder houses well above the height the deer could upset the bird feeder seed in those houses. The pole's machine thread fir perfectly with the matting bottom & top poles. Adding this extension was straightforward because it matted the excellent quality of the original extension pole. We are quite pleased with the outcome of purchasing your pole !!!
My backyard birds love this food cylinder! I can hardly keep it stocked. The combination of bugs, nuts and berries is perfect for different types of birds, though my favorite are the bluebirds who enjoy it.
