Much nicer looking than just sticking a pipe in the ground. The quality and materials are top notch. I did put sphagnum moss down in the bottom of my tube to keep mosquitos from breeding in the water. Watching for frogs.

My birds love this product because JCs Wildlife provided me with very fresh suet cakes for my birds. Every time that I opened one of these suet cakes the suet cake did not stick to the inside of the plastic carton at all, meaning that the suet cake was made recently and was very fresh for my birds to eat and enjoy. This food works great for feeding my squirrels!! They will eat it in about 2 days, and will leave my bird seed alone while eating this food first, and both my squirrels, and birds are happy, because they are enjoying their own food for a change!!
