These cylinders last a long time (especially after I purchased a rain guard), attract the woodpeckers I wanted to add to my backyard bird viewing, and don't attract the squirrels that inhaled cheper seed logs I had tried in the beginning. I won't buy any other logs!
This is our second Nutty House we have bought. The first was for our rescue but the neighborhood mama squirrel started eyeing it up. So I promised her her own. We just need to put it up next weekend and hope she has her babies in it!
