All JCs Wildlife Exclusive products are protected by a limited warranty. 
Products constructed with poly lumber elements are protected by a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty becomes active on the date of purchase. This warranty will protect products in instances where the poly lumber material splits, fades or cracks due to manufacturing defects. 
The warranty also covers the removable seed trays if they were to deteriorate within the one year period. 
The acrylic features of all bird feeders and houses are covered by a limited 30 day warranty for manufacturer defects starting on the date of purchase. Acrylic damage from feeders falling off windows, not following included instructions or improper use of the product will not be covered under warranty. 
Plywood and cedar products are covered by the limited warranty against manufacturer defects for 60 days beginning on the date of purchase.
Products made out of metal will be covered under the 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. 

Electronic products (cameras, solar panels, etc.) are covered by a 30 day warranty from date of purchase.


Damage caused by animals, inclement weather damage and damage from modifications will not be covered under warranty.

One year manufacturer warranty against material or manufacturer defects
Your warranty applies when item is used according to manufacturer’s instructions:
The baffle is installed at least 30 inches from the ground, able to move freely, and is level
Unit is installed ten feet from any bushes, trees, shrubs, buildings, etc
Birdfeeders and other items do not touch or hang below the baffle
Unit is properly maintained
SquirrelStopper will provide missing or defective hardware and parts free of charge upon original purchase of the unit. If hardware needs to be replaced, please contact customer service.
This warranty does not cover minor scratches, cosmetic rust, or damage by other animals.
This warranty will be voided if installation and manufacturer’s instructions are not followed and applies to the original owner (date and proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim).

Strix Optics Warranty and Service 

Our warranty plan is about you, not us. It's about taking care of our customers after the sale. Customer satisfaction is our bread and butter.

We warrant that this product is free from workmanship defects. We will repair or replace your Strix Optics product in the event it becomes damaged or defective due to a manufacturer defect. Customers will be responsible for returning the product to Strix Optics. Once Strix Optics receives the product, a technician will evaluate the product to determine a course of action. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a similar product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition. The warranty is covered for the life of the original owner. Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by neglect to properly maintain the Strix Optics product, loss, theft, damage as a result of repair by someone other than a Strix Optics technician, custom modification or disassembly, misuse, intentional damage done to the product, and abuse. This warranty will be void if the Strix Optics logo plate is removed from the product. We are proud to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction. We promise to repair or replace your products covered by warranty and ship it back to you at no extra charge. You can count on the Strix Optics Lifetime Limited Warranty for all Strix Optics binoculars and monoculars.
