Refund policy

Lower 48 U.S. states

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

To initiate a return, don't hesitate to contact us at customer_service@jcswildlife.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 13644 Highway 57, Evansville, IN 47725-7616

You will receive a response within 1 business day.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, bird food, seed cylinders, suet, nectar, or corn) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Extended Holiday Return Policy:
Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23 and December 25 may be returned through January 25. Please note that all other terms and conditions in the Refund Policy remain applicable to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.


Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska

We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges are the customer's sole responsibility and cannot be refunded.
