This heated bucket holds a convenient 9 quarts and is constructed of high-quality, resilient plastic to withstand temperatures down to -20 degrees F without cracking. Thermostatic control coupled with over-temperature protection ensures that it will keep water ice-free all winter. This outdoor bucket is great for medium to large dogs and similarly sized animals. Patented design features a bottom compartment to stow the cord during summer use. The 6-foot grounded cord with anti-chew protector exits from the bottom of the bucket to prevent chewing. When I put this seed cake into my bird feeder for the birds to eat, this is a close second to the woodpecker feast. It still takes the birds two days to eat this seed cake, but they do not eat it as quickly as the woodpecker feast seed cake. When this bird seed cake is put out into my bird feeder, the birds are on it instantly. It is usually enjoyed for about 2 days, before it is all gone. This seed cake is a win to both My Birds and Myself. Thank You JCs Wildlife for doing a great job with giving me freshly made seed cakes that my birds enjoy!!

This suet cake is a close second place to the first place peanut butter suet cake. The birds love this suet cake as well, and they enjoy it every time whenever they are coming to my bird feeder.
