Smaller may be better

Five stars for the blend, which the birds love. Four stars because the birds mostly peck off one side which leads to the other half falling off the upright once the cylinder is eaten about half way through. The birds manage to work through the smaller size more equally on all sides, and finish it sooner so there is less of a lump sitting on the ground or on a platform. If I get the large cylinder again, I’d rotate it regularly to see if that improves all-around depletion.

Fantastic Way to Feed Birds

They last about a month for me. They attract a variety of birds I like: gold finch, cardinals, titmouse, chicadee, i highly recommend.

Great Quality Birdhouse!

This birdhouse has screws everywhere, thick Cedar wood, and should last for years. It has great construction and the bluebirds are already checking it out. They've nested happily in other models of this bird house. I love that it has everything they need to keep them safe!
