I love my Squirrel Stopper feeder pole, it is such a huge upgrade from the shepard's hooks I was using. It is sturdy and attractive AND when I lost one of the hooks customer service came to the rescue. Exemplary company.

Yes we need parts once and a while

fantastic to be able to maintain my feeder. Occasional bears tend to bend the hooks. It's better to replace them rather than try to bend them back to shape. Glad to maintain well made equipment.Thank you for supporting what you make.

Pole is fixed!

Love that pieces to my favorite bird feeder pole can be found! one of the wing nuts came loose and I lost the hook. Called customer service and they helped me find the replacement parts. The color Black was out of stock so I got brass. You can’t tell the colors don’t match. Happy to have the pole fixed!
