Birds love this food!! No mess, no waste. I have seen so many birds eating this food such as cardinals, chickadees, woodpeckers, nuthatches, finches, bluebirds, wrens, and mockingbirds. I enjoy watching them feast!!
This is a great way to feed your birds….very little mess, the food has so much variety it attracts many different birds (Finches, Woodpeckers, Wrens, Sparrows, Cardinals, Blue Birds, Robins…) and it seems to take them longer to empty the cage as to empty the long cylinders with several perches. Which reminds me of my favorite aspect—-so many more places for so many more birds to feed at the same time.

I have 2 feeders from JCS that use this insert. I love have an extra one so that my birds can continue to eat while I am cleaning the dirty tray. JCS has very high quality products. Don't hesitate to buy. Worth every penny.
