Woodpecker attractor.

Here in southwestern Michigan the three types of woodpeckers we have love the stuff. I get to see Downey, Red bellied Sap suckers and Hairy woodpeckers. The cakes are well made and don't fall apart.

Great Tower for All Birds

I have been ordering from JC’s for a couple of years now. The birdseed towers are wonderful sources of various types of food for our feathered friends. Also the pricing is outstanding and the best I can find anywhere, as is the quick shipping of the product. Highly recommend.

Smaller may be better

Five stars for the blend, which the birds love. Four stars because the birds mostly peck off one side which leads to the other half falling off the upright once the cylinder is eaten about half way through. The birds manage to work through the smaller size more equally on all sides, and finish it sooner so there is less of a lump sitting on the ground or on a platform. If I get the large cylinder again, I’d rotate it regularly to see if that improves all-around depletion.

Always a good choice. All birders like it, nothing to clean up. Last a long time. Good Value. Have been feeding these to birds for many years.

So Easy To Clean

To decrease the spread of a variety of illnesses among birds, articles have been written stating that if you are going to feed birds, you must regularly clean the feeders. Over the years, I have used lots of different types of feeders and have found JCS Wildlife Platform Bird Feeders by far the easiest to clean. One just has to remove the tray, wash it with soap and water, spray it with a dilute bleach mix, wait 15 min. rinse, dry and replace. Easy as can be. Well worth the cost.
