This is a lovely feeder set. I had purchased the bottom without the top initially. The top is a must as it keeps the ants away with the built in ant moat.This is the perfect size for nectar during hot summer days as it is smaller so less wasteful. I love the magnet feature as it is literally a snap to grab the bottom for changeling and then replacing.Love this item and wish I had discovered this type/brand of feeder sooner.

First, I have to say what a great first shopping experience I had with JCs Wildlife. I actually purchased this from JCs but through newegg.com. The shipping was very fast and free and the packaging was great. I love the dome to protect the nectar from both the sun and rain and will really like the ant moat when I need it again during the hot summer months. Both the dome and ant moat look very nice with the HummBlossom feeder. I love the beautiful pink color of the dome and ant moat. At first, my hummingbirds were very curious as to what the heck was above their feeder but now they pay no attention to it, although it really keeps the feeder and hummingbirds dry when it rains. I like this so much I have already purchased another one directly from JCs Wildlife as I own several of the HummBlossom feeders; both the Rose and Plum colors.

Excellent bird feeder system

I put this in my small yard to replace a feeder I had been using for several years as I wanted to hang more feeders. This thing is a beast! Had no trouble installing it and it looks great in the yard.

Can't go wrong with this purchase!!! This is the 4th Squirrel Stopper Deluxe bird feeder pole system that we have purchased; three for us and one for a gift for our daughter-in-law. This is by far the most effective bird feeder pole we have ever found to keep the pesky squirrels and raccoons from climbing our feeder pole to empty and destroy our bird feeders. A little pricey but money well spent. We have easily saved the extra price of this feeder pole because we use much less bird seed now that the squirrels and coons can no longer raid the feeders. We raved about it so much that 2 of our friends bought them.

Chew resistant

I like the fact that it is made from plastic. Should keep the squirrels from chewing on it. It is heavy, so stronger screws are needed. The heads broke off when trying to install.

Terrific quality and easy to set up. Not a single squirrel!!
