Allied Precision Heated Bird Bath with Metal Stand API 970 20 in.

Since it's summer, now, and we only use a heated birdbath in the colder months, I've put this aside until October when the nights turn frosty here in the Northeast. However, this is a replacement for a similar birdbath that we've enjoyed for years, but it had an unfortunate encounter with a lawnmower... long story. This new version appears to be made well and is attractive. I shopped around and found this same birdbath on other sites for as much as $40 more, plus shipping. JCs Wildlife offers free shipping and I could not believe how quickly it shipped. It was only days from when I placed the order to when we received it. I absolutely recommend this seller for quality items and affordability. I have previously ordered from these folks and have always been pleased with my purchases.

I love alot if the products they sell but this particular item is not to their standards at all first I thought there was a part missing because the picture in the box shows a attachment for the plug to keep water from getting into the electricalPlug but upon calling them this item does not come with it and they don’t sell it so that was misleading second we couldn’t get the metal posts to go into the pole we had to use vice grips to bend them maybe it was just ours that maybe it wasn’t made right idk but anyways after putting the bath part on it it collapsed and I had bought a water wiggler fir it and when it collapsed it broke that also I was so upset about it and I know it was stupid but I picked it up snd threw away the stand part and the wiggler then contacted them via emailTo tell them about item problemWell needless to say I wasn’t happy they said they would send another if I shipped back the original item well it’s gone in the trash I am using the bath part I put it in my own stone bird bath I have so all in all I’m not happy with the result I think customer service could have been better in understanding but I guess not
