With Universal Pole Kit
The quality and craftsmanship are better than any other houses I’ve seen. The materials and design are built to last and will probably provide years of use. Customer service was attentive and greatly exceeded expectations. The shipment was quick and had me ready to go faster than expected. I highly recommend doing business with JSs Wildlife!

JCS Wildlife Smart Bluebird House only
We had a non-wifi birdhouse and had an issue where we needed to know how long the eggs had been there, so we tried this one.
We couldn't be happier! We had bluebirds checking it out within 2 days of installation. A week later, we have chickadees doing the same. It's so cool getting notified when they are there!
We have a fairly sophisticated wifi system, so I made sure the camera link was done inside (with good wifi signal). Once installed outside, we have had no issues and get plenty of notifications daily as well as live video when wanted.

With Universal Pole Kit
…you should still be able to make this work. I’m a 63-year-old retiree who was terrified and momentarily overwhelmed when I opened the box. But if someone like me (limited internet/technology skills) can figure this out, most other seniors might have success as well. Just give yourself at least an hour or 90 minutes. And make sure you also buy the recommended pole! ONE BIG COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SETUP INSTRUCTIONS: at one point, you have to take a picture of a barcode, and I thought I was supposed to use my iPhone camera. You actually are supposed to point the BIRDHOUSE camera at the code! It took me three attempts with my iPhone before I realized this! Also, I’ve had birdhouse up for a week now, with no birds going inside, but it’s still early in the season. Will update this review with pics once bluebirds arrive (or never do) 🤞🏼
