Annie’s Collection

In memory of our founder’s mother, Annie, we introduce Annie’s Collection. Annie was a family-focused and fun-loving person who never knew a stranger. She was the friend everyone wanted and her joy in life was contagious. Annie was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 and faced her battle with laughter and positivity until her death in 2013. For all of those who have faced breast cancer in the past and all of those who may face breast cancer in the future, we dedicate this collection to you.

Small Pink Hopper

These beautiful poly lumber wren houses are perfectly designed to provide protection, comfort, and safety for its inhabitants. The poly lumber design ensures that this house will last for years, while also being environmentally friendly because of its recycled materials. In addition, the stainless steel screws and a sheathed metal cable hanger will keep this wren house hanging. Dimensions are 6.5"W x 9"H x 6.25"D

The design reflects the needs of the wrens that will be living in it. The 1 1/8 in hole is the perfect size to allow wrens access, while also preventing predators from getting in. The use of grooves on the front provides an area for the beautiful songbirds to hold on, but not predators. And finally the 4 inch height to the entrance hole provides safety for the chicks, making sure they do not fall out of their home.

This birdhouse also allows for easy cleaning. Simply use your Phillips-head screw driver to remove the stainless steel screws at the bottom of the birdhouse.
**Note** Please wait until all inhabitants have left the nest before cleaning your birdhouse. Nesting season for Wrens ranges from late April to mid-September.

Pink Window Wren

Now you can attract nesting birds right to your window! The JCs Wildlife Window-Mount Wren House will teach you the entire nesting process from building to hatching to fledging and everything in between!

The sturdy construction means that this nesting box may be used season after season. And the high quality recycled lumber is easy to clean and maintain and will not crack, split, or fade. Simply empty out the old nest at the end of the season and clean with a mild detergent, such as an enzyme cleaner.

The side panels and cleaning door, along with the diamond-shaped design, offer excellent ventilation and drainage to keep your birds happy and healthy.

Wrens are bold, social birds that are not easily frightened by humans. However, if you do find that your window-mount bird house is not attracting birds, we recommend moving it to a window in a low-traffic area so that people and pets are not scaring the birds away. Nesting birds can be territorial, so we recommend mounting this on a stationary window away from doors or often-used outdoor walkways.
