Description

Golden Safflower, also known as Nutra Saff, is a safflower hybrid specifically developed for bird feeding to have a thinner hull (40% thinner) and higher levels of oil (15% more), protein (25% more), and fat (30% more) than traditional white safflower. It's easier and healthier for your birds to eat, and studies show that birds prefer it 2 to 1 over traditional safflower! It also tends to deter squirrels, grackles, and starlings with its bitter taste, although some individuals may adapt and eat it with time or in desperation.

Attracts: Cardinals, Jays, Chickadees, Nuthatches, Grosbeaks, Titmice, Doves, Finches (House, Purple), Downy Woodpeckers, and Chipmunks; occasionally House Sparrows

Seed cylinder subscription

I have a subscription of Golden Safflower Premium Bird Seed and the birds go through a cylinder in five days and that is all small birds, the big black birds don't eat it. I get six cylinders every six weeks. I also feed them loose feed. My order comes every 6 weeks like clock work

BRILLIANT BIRDFEEDER!
