During short, low-sun winter days, solar charging efficiency may naturally drop. We highly recommend mounting the solar panel using the included bracket in an easy-to-reach spot so you can effortlessly access the battery for an occasional manual indoor charge if necessary.

What happens if I don't use a Micro SD card in the camera?
If a Micro SD card is not installed, the camera will still send live motion alerts to your smartphone and save static motion-triggered photos to the app. You can also manually record live video onto your phone while actively viewing the feed. For automatic, motion-activated video storage, a Micro SD card is required.
