The JCs Wildlife Medium Poly Lumber Hanging Platform Feeder is a wonderful way to bring a variety of birds to your yard or garden. With a removable tray and durable poly lumber construction, cleaning this hanging bird feeder will be a breeze! This beautiful hanging platform bird feeder comes in a wide selection of colors to add a pop of color to your backyard while also providing entertainment from the flocking birds. An open spacious tray design allows plenty of room for feeding with plenty of space for birds to perch. The JCs Wildlife Hanging Platform Feeder hangs securely by four 17" length attached chains and an aluminum S hook, ensuring that your feeder will stay put wherever it is mounted. The large removable seed tray will hold approximately 4 cups of feed and has been tested to hold up to 35 lbs of weight, so your birds will stay fed for longer. The open design of this feeder along with drainage holes in the bottom of the tray ensure that your bird seed will stay dry and safe from moldy seed buildup. This hanging platform feeder is constructed with recycled poly lumber guaranteed not to split or fade, and each feeder is made by hand in our on-site production shop in Southern Indiana. Using The Hanging Platform Feeder On Our Pole System. We Got Our Sequoia Squirrel Proof Pole System Almost 2 years ago and it’s still going strong!After our old cheap feeders we were using on the pole system gave out we decided to pull the trigger on JC’s Poly Lumber Feeders. We are very happy we did, as the feeders are so much nicer, and easier to use than our old feeders. the removable trays in the platform feeders is a very handy feature. Can’t say enough about the quality of JC’s Products & People, they are all great!I am attaching photos of the Fly-Thru, Platform, and Suet Feeders using the Sequoia Pole System that keep the birds fed and the Squirrels on the ground!
Love the drainage holes and how you can separate the seed by type due to the divider in the middle.
I’m using this on one of your deluxe feeder poles along with other feeders. I use sunflower seeds, a seed mix and meal worms in the tray. The doves just take over the platform while eating most of the food. The smaller birds are forced to sit by and watch. I have a camera setup so I can watch from inside on a big screen.
