Now that cooler weather has returned, woodpeckers and nuthatches are eating more suet. The log jammer variety I usually purchase was not available so I bought the Peanut butter plugs instead. The consistency of these plugs is a bit stickier, but the birds don't mind that at all. They seem to love finding larger peanut pieces in the suet, too.
Made in America was exactly what I was looking for, so the price of the product and the cost of shipping to get it to me was worth every penny. It is well put together and the material will hold up to any weather we get in Alaska. This is a great product at good price. It attracts all kinds of birds. I really love seeing so many woodpeckers coming to the seed cylinder. The house finches and sparrows fight over who get to eat. It gets pretty entertaining at times. Fast free shipping as well.
Wish it came in a larger size. The birds absolutely love it but the smaller size it’s consumed in two weeks. Excellent product
