Picking up your order:
Our warehouse is located at 13644 Highway 57, Evansville, IN 47725. Pick up orders are available to customers within a 30 mile radius and Monday through Saturday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
When you arrive:
Upon arriving at JCS Wildlife, pull up to our warehouse door (there is a large drive up door on the left side of the building). Give us a call at 812-867-2800 to let us know you have arrived. We will quickly gather your prepared order and bring it right out to you.
Who can pick up your order:
You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, simply add an order comment during checkout. You’ll need to provide the pickup person’s name, email address and phone number. They’ll need to show their ID and the order number at pick up time.
Only you — or the person you’ve told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items.
To change the person picking up your order, go to your order details and select Make Changes.
