Strix Optics Warranty and Service
Our warranty plan is about you, not us. It's about taking care of our customers after the sale. Customer satisfaction is our bread and butter.
We warrant that this product is free from workmanship defects. We will repair or replace your Strix Optics product in the event it becomes damaged or defective due to a manufacturer defect. Customers will be responsible for returning the product to Strix Optics. Once Strix Optics receives the product, a technician will evaluate the product to determine a course of action. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a similar product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition. The warranty is covered for the life of the original owner. Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by neglect to properly maintain the Strix Optics product, loss, theft, damage as a result of repair by someone other than a Strix Optics technician, custom modification or disassembly, misuse, intentional damage done to the product, and abuse. This warranty will be void if the Strix Optics logo plate is removed from the product.
